Challenge
The customer needed to solve shared document work within the organization. The main requirement was a robust solution that could be integrated into the existing environment and allow users to work comfortably with text documents and spreadsheets. One option considered was Microsoft's solution, but from the organization's perspective it was too expensive. The goal was to find an alternative offering the required features and good compatibility with commonly used office formats while being more cost-effective.
