2014

From day one in the enterprise world

DENEVY is founded and already in the first year we win our first major enterprise client. We start working on significant technology projects and system integrations.

2017

DENEVY Slovakia is founded

We establish DENEVY Slovakia and expand our presence to the Slovak market. We build a stronger regional base for our clients and for the further growth of the company.

2018

First ONLYOFFICE partner in the Czech Republic

We become the first ONLYOFFICE partner in the Czech Republic and expand our portfolio of enterprise technologies.

2019

juno.one

We start developing juno.one, one of our key proprietary software products. Our goal is to create a platform that connects project management, testing and other parts of the software delivery process in one environment.

At the same time, DENEVY joins the fast-growing technology companies in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 ranking.

2020

Synapsa & the first international client

We start developing the Synapsa technology platform and win our first international client. Our projects and technologies reach beyond the Czech and Slovak markets.

2021–2022

Technology that earns recognition

juno.one receives repeated industry awards, including IT Product of the Year from Computerworld magazine and further awards from BusinessIT.cz and G2.

DENEVY is also ranked in Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe, Technology Fast 50 Czech Republic and Technology Fast 500 EMEA.

2022

Synapsa goes into practice

We deliver the first implementation of the Synapsa platform. Another of our technology solutions moves from development into real operation.

2023

A new generation of juno.one

We launch a new generation of the juno.one platform, built on experience from real projects and several years of our own development. We confirm our ambition not only to implement technology, but also to create our own products.

2024

10 years of DENEVY

We celebrate ten years on the market – ten years of enterprise projects, our own development, technology partnerships, international experience and long-term relationships with our clients.

2025

We significantly strengthen Cyber Security

We expand our capabilities and team in cybersecurity and Cyber Security becomes one of the key areas of our technology portfolio. We deliver security projects and extend services for existing and new clients.

At the same time, we develop our own AI Assistant and bring the experience of building our own products into the practical use of artificial intelligence.

2026

Strategic partnership with IstroSec

We enter into a significant partnership with IstroSec, through which we further strengthen our professional and technological capabilities in Cyber Security and expand our ability to provide clients with comprehensive security services.

DevOps, Hosting & DENEVERSE

We significantly expand our activities in DevOps, infrastructure and hosting and DENEVERSE is created – our own private cloud hosting brand.

We build a secure, flexible and reliable environment for running modern applications, for development and technology teams, and for entire companies.

And we continue.

The Founder and visionary

Andrej Hyben

CEO (2014 - 2024)

Andrej has been in the IT world for almost 20 years. His journey started during his studies at the University of Žilina, where he started as a Software Tester in German companies Scheidt & Bachmann, and for a short time he worked as a Tester and Configurator of telecommunication equipment in Bergen, Norway.

Since 2009, he has been working primarily on the Czech-Slovak market in various positions from Test Analyst to Test Manager, he has been an important part of large projects such as the replacement of the core system in ČMSS (Liška project) or in OZP (ICIS project). He has been involved in testing in various industries, from telecommunications, insurance, banking and automotive. Another area in which he has worked is the development of software applications with a focus on automation, digitalization and project management, where he fully identified with the quote by Jan Werich:

He who wants to, finds a way.Who does not want, looks for a reason.

Thanks to his great enthusiasm, focus, professionalism and several years of experience, he founded his own successful software company, DENEVY s.r.o. He was also an active member and co-founder of several other companies. Andrej was primarily engaged in business activities with an overlap into technical implementations. His best known project was the development of all-in-one software, juno.one. As part of the company's gradual development, he gathered around him a group of IT specialists who have more than 10 years of experience in this field and form a dynamic and quality team at DENEVY.

In January 2024, the very year DENEVY celebrates its 10th anniversary, comes the unexpected news of Andrey's death. This tragic event marked and strengthened us all at the same time.

The management of the company is taken over with dignity, respect and determination by co-founder Anna HYBENOVÁ together with Martin HUDOS, who was appointed CEO effective July 1, 2024.

Andrej was a great person, friend and personality to all who had the privilege to work with him. His vision, dedication and commitment made him a truly inspirational leader and mentor. He was able to tirelessly and without fail tap into the full potential of himself and the rest of us. He believed in the uniqueness and experience of each team member.

He was a fair and factual opposition, but also a great support in problem solving. Even in serious moments, with his own humor, he used to say that difficulties and obstacles are not the problem, but the WAY to solve it.

Thanks to him, DENEVY is not just another IT software company, but a company where working ducklings grow into professional swans. Sincerity, friendliness, a broad smile as well as professionalism, expertise and obsession with unconventional solutions remain HIS legacy from which we will draw inspiration for many years to come.

Our Team

Ing. Anna Hybenova

Co-Founder/CFO & BID manager (2014-present)

Anna is a co-founder and managing director of the company. She has been actively involved in the development and creation of DENEVY's strategy for 10 years and has a comprehensive overview of all activities and operations of the company. Since 2014, she has been DENEVY's CFO and BID manager, responsible for the complete management of finance and back-office activities.

In her role as BID manager, Anna is involved in the preparation and management of the entire process of bidding for new projects. Her ability to effectively manage finance and strategic projects makes Anna an indispensable part of the DENEVY team. Her colleagues value her expertise, experience and ability to collaborate at all levels.

Ing. Martin Hudos

CEO (2024-present)

Martin is an experienced IT technology and management professional. He has been in the IT world for over 20 years. In his position at DENEVY he is responsible for the management and development of the company.

With his extensive experience and expertise, he successfully leads individual teams to achieve their goals and grow in the market. In doing so, he draws on years of experience at Accenture and Deloitte, where he worked on IT transformation projects, digitalization, systems integration, cloud technologies and cybersecurity. In addition, he also has experience in financial management, risk assessment and management at the highest levels.
